You were a living and wonderful surrogate Dad to me while I was in college. Please give your wonderful angel wife a hug for me. I will cherish the memories of you teaching me to cross country ski and taking that “after dinner stroll” to check on Meg and I, but mostly the support you and Ann gave me. Love you both.

To the family that was my family for my last two years of college. My heart and prayers are with you. My love to all you.

It was an honor and a privilege to be part of the McKenny family when they visited the Roaring Fork Valley. Dana was one of the warmest human beings I’ve ever did meet. His smile could light up a room and I can imagine what it would have been like to be a student in the schools he roamed filling those halls with his energy.

    Will remember:).

Mr. McKenney always treated me with kindness and respect when I was a student at Plymouth Regional High School. I never forgot him because of that and it meant a lot to me as a kid growing up. His positive energy made the world a better place.

Mr: McKenny was such an understanding, kind and gentle man. He was truly an inspiration to many students at Plymouth. He understood the younger generation when most did not. I will remember him for his strong demeanor and understanding ways. My thoughts of love and peace go to his family during this difficult time.

Dana was one of the best men one could ever meet. From the day he interviewed me for the job at PAHS, he impressed me with his kindness, compassion, and integrity. We have lost a good man but are better for having known him.
