Meet Ramona Hall, Advance Planning Specialist here at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. "I was born into the funeral business in 1951 when my father was Dean of Gupton Jones Mortuary School in Nashville. I grew up in Iowa when my parents took over the family funeral business. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Education from Drake University and was hired to teach with the Des Moines school system. I taught elementary school music K-6, developed outstanding performance groups of conga drum, dancers, and singers who toured and even performed for the President. I also started a health and nutrition business with Shaklee products in 1980 and helped to develop independent business owners. I moved to Tennessee after having two boys with husband Doug and have three boys who are grown and doing well in life. I started in the funeral/cemetery business in 2000 and moved to work with family owned Family Legacy in the Fall of 2002. I have been at Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center since then."
