We did not know you very well but your son and his wife are some of the best people we know. Your influences in his life, and your profound belief has touched us all through your son. You must have been a truely great man.
Thank you and you will be missed. Our prayers are with your family as we know you are in a better place.

We were so sad to hear of Pastor Chapman’s passing, but we rejoice in the fact that he is worshiping around the throne and is reunited with his beloved Mary Alice. We both have such wonderful memories of such a gentle and Godly man. We are praying that the Holy Spirit will surround you all.
    We send our love.

Bro. Chapman was our pastor over 30 years ago. He gave us encouragement and a great example to follow as we felt the call of the ministry in our own lives. He gave us opportunities that no one else had ever done. He was a Godly man, a man who had a special gift of wisdom and a man who was an anointed and gifted pastor and preacher. We felt loved by him. I have felt a sadness these last few days, but also a blessed hope that we will see him again.
