Sounds like she had a wonderful life. Very interesting that she sewed clothes for country music artists. She deserves her new home in heaven.

Dot baked the very best coconut cakes ever! Such a gracious lady. She established and led the “Seasoned Shepherds” at GSUMC on many wonderful outings and was so generous to the church. Go Rest High sweet Lady. I’m sure GC will be there to welcome to your heavenly home!

Ms Dot always had a beautiful smile on her face. My family sat behind her and GC for many years at GSUMC. My family and I were blessed to call her our friend.

Ms Dot was such a wonderful friend. We have been especially close the past 3 years. We went shopping, eating out and just plain visiting. Had a lot of laughter and shared time as good friends. Tom and I will really miss her. She was a dear, dear friend & loved her like she was my sister.

Did not hear of Dot’s passing until today. We are so sorry for your loss. Dot was one of the most caring and loving ladies we’ve ever known. We talked about stopping by and checking on her, but just never did. Hate that we hadn’t reached out to her. Our prayers are with the family.
