My sister, Cheryl Bowers Brown just called me in South Carolina to tell me Ray had died….I remember so many fun days when we were neighbors in Millersville as kids playing….all the Franklin kids were good kids because they were raised well by their Momma and Daddy…Barbara Sue and Willis Lee ( the ones I remember most) and all the rest of the family…I am really sorry for your loss…praying for all of you.
