One of the most kind and caring gentleman I have ever had the honor to call my friend. Jim you will be missed but you have introduced me to your children whom most all have become some of my best and most treasured friends along with their spouses and their children some of which have become friends with my children. Our paths here in life have been most memorable and in heaven one day, we will all be united once again. Thank you for blessing my life with the pleasure of knowing you and calling you my friend. God Bless you Dear Friend

I had the honor of working for Mr Galvin, He was a friend as well as my boss, He was always respectful toward his employees, He counted us all equal in the eyes of the Lord and treated us as such, I was very saddened when I heard of his passing but he is not gone ,,, he has only changed his address, We should not be sad in his passing but rejoice over it, May God give all his family peace and comfort at this time

    Give us Hope
“When evil darkens our world, give us light. When despair numbs our souls, give us hope. When we stumble and fall, lift us up. When doubts assail us, give us faith. When nothing seems sure, give us trust. When ideals fade, give us vision. When we lose our way, be our guide! That we may find serenity in Your presence, and purpose in doing Your will.”

Uncle Jim was such a wonderful loving uncle. I have many memories of his visits back to Michigan when I was younger. I always enjoyed the stories of Uncle Jim and Dad’s stories of when they grew up in the summers at the cottage. Uncle Jim will be missed and my love to all of you. You have all been in my thoughts and prayers constantly. Sending so many hugs and love to you all.
