      Lloyd was a great human being. He had the outside appearance of this big tough guy but to know him he was like a gentle teddy bear. Always caring, full of laughter and dedicated to his wife, family and career. I will remember him fondly and pray for peace, comfort and love for his beautiful Colleen and family.

    What a great man, boss, and friend. My family mourns with you and our prayers for comfort and healing. I regret not calling him last week when I took the golf shoes he gave me out of my bag to tell him I still have them after all these years. Let us know if you need anything.

    Lloyd was my mentor and my friend. He meant more to me than I would admit to him. I will cherish our many talks and take with me the many lessons he imparted – both professionally and personally. Of course, some advice, I have to ignore. Who eats a whole pizza before going to bed? His love for his family is something I truly admired. When he was in Maryland, he would talk for hours about his children, grandchildren his step children and his extended family. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for them. My prayers for you and your family Colleen. I know how much you meant to him and He to you.

    The way he spoke about his family makes up my fondest memories. Lloyd lit up when he told us about his kids and his grandkids. He loved to show pictures of them! And the love between he and Colleen was a precious thing. Colleen, I’m sending you warm hugs and prayers for strength and peace during this very difficult time. xoxo

    Lloyd is such a great guy and will be missed by so many. He was always so caring and his wife Colleen meant so much to him. I admired the love they had for each other. He was also so proud of his beautiful new corvette.. When my Daughter Sierra was voted for Senior Attendant for Homecoming last year, he was honored to drive Sierra in the parade and during Homecoming Ceremony… as much as we were honored for him to be the one to drive her. Unfortunately, someone ran into his corvette during the weekend before Homecoming. Lloyd was so determined to make Sierra’s Homecoming Day special, that he made it possible to drive another new corvette that day. Sierra and I will be forever grateful for his kindness all the years we have known him. Colleen, my dear friend, I am so glad you found Lloyd and made so many beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. I am also grateful for you Colleen.. for the friendship we have. And you know I am here always here for you… Love you

    Colleen, I know that Lloyd adored you and you felt the same way. That makes his passing all the more difficult. Be comforted knowing that you have friends and family who are there to share your grief. You can lean on them as much as they will lean on you.

    I am truly sorry for your loss.

    Dear Colleen;
    Sorry to hear about Lloyd.

    I have a connection to you both from Nashville (family still there) underwriting with another company.

    When I relocated to Maryland/Banner Life with my 9 yr old son (now 25 living in WMBG-Brooklyn NY) I was so happy to see Lloyd come out of his office and say hello. It was nice to see someone from “home”.

    Time gets away…..

    Please know that you and your family are my thoughts and prayers.

    Blessings!
