I am so sad to hear of Gary’s passing. He and I were neighborhood friends and grew up together on Calvert Street in Nashville. I was a facebook friend and had just exchanged thoughts with him a few days ago! I was a Litton Grad and Vanderbilt fan alongside Gary. I always looked for Gary and John at the games! I am going to miss him and hope that I will see him again some day.
