Amy Jo Day age 43, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019.

Amy was born in Huntsville, AL, on December 13, 1975, the daughter of Bruce Edward Day and Wilma Jean Young Day. She graduated from University of TN Knoxville as an English Major. Amy had a special love for animals especially cats.

In addition to her parents, Amy is survived by her brother, David Andrew Day. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 1, 2019, at 2:00 P.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Friday from noon until the funeral hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Humane Society of Sumner County, 16 Volunteer Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075.
