Cheryl "Cheri" Darlene Norris

Cheryl “Cheri” Darlene Norris, age 77, passed away on November 18, 2024 in Gallatin, Tennessee. She was born on March 8, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Peter and Minnie Buikema. Cheri is also preceded in death by her brother, Peter Buikema. She is survived by her children, Christopher Norris and Taryn Norris; and brothers, Ralph Buikema and Russell Buikema.

Cheri was a graduate of Timothy Christian High School, where she the laid foundation for her dedication as a strong Christian woman. She found joy in knitting, sewing, and puzzle books. Cheri is remembered for parenting at maximum maternal velocity and had a deep love for her family. Cheri’s strength was matched only by her kind heart and loving nature.
