Mrs. Clydene Martin Carter age 85, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017.
Mrs. Carter was born in Nashville, TN, on August 15, 1932, the daughter of the late Clyde Hays Martin and Mildred Haralson Tidwell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carter and a twin brother, Clydell Martin. She loved being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her son, Robert Carter, II; a daughter, Roberta Julian (David); three grandchildren, Rachel Atkinson (Tyler), Tiffany Julian, and David Julian (Brittney); three great-grandchildren, Emily Julian, Ethan Julian, and Lauren Atkinson; and a brother, Thomas Martin (Gloria).
Graveside and interment service will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017, at 11:00 A.M., Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
