Corlen Jean Roberts (Baker) was born October 8, 1973, in Niles, Michigan. She attended school in Berrien Springs, Michigan where she loved being involved in band. At 18 years old, she met the love of her life David Roberts. They were married April 25, 1992, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee where they began to build their beautiful life together. She believed being wife to David and becoming mom to her two daughters, Tori and Sara, were her two greatest accomplishments. She took pride in her position at the family company, Roberts Brothers Coach Company, and she excelled at every part of her job. Corlen was known by many for her gift of hospitality; from hosting the best parties, to cooking the most delicious meals, to giving the kindest presents, she made everyone feel special and welcome on any occasion she could. Notably, one of her favorite activities of all was taking trips with her family, and Disney World was her favorite destination. On December 31, 2021, she passed peacefully at her beautiful home in Gallatin, Tennessee surrounded by those she loved. She is now enjoying eternity with her Savior, Jesus Christ, and receiving her reward for the great faith upon which she built her and her family’s lives.
Corlen is survived by her loving husband, David Roberts; her two beautiful daughters, Victoria Roberts and Sara Roberts; her parents, Starley and Lisa Baker; her three sisters, Pamela Morris, Heather Benson, and Starr Baker; along with numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
