Cynthia Ann Polaschek, age 68 of Goodlettsville, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Survived by her son, David Evans.
A Celebration of Life gathering of friends and relatives will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Monday, August 6, 2018 from 5:00pm - 7:00p.
