Darlene Patten

Ms. Darlene DeRossett Patten age 67, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

Ms. Patten was born in Rockwood, TN, on May 8, 1953, the daughter of the late Dallas DeRossett and Anna Opal Monday DeRossett. She lived in Hendersonville for fifty-seven years. Ms. Patten was a member of Hendersonville Missionary Baptist Church. She was part of a gospel album at the age sixteen and continued singing throughout her life. Ms. Patten will be remembered most for loving her family and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by twin sisters, Bonnie and Connie DeRossett.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and April Travis; grandson, Jacob Travis; granddaughter, Gabi Travis; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Diana DeRossett and Lawton and Susie DeRossett; and two sisters, Anita Kirby and Ramona DeRossett.

A service will be held at later date.
