Deloris June Leikarts

Deloris June Leikarts, fondly known as June, passed away on March 20, 2026. Born on May 13, 1945, she leaves behind a legacy of grace and dignity.

For several years, June worked for Gaines Building Corporation in Hendersonville, Tennessee and retired from there. In her retirement, she took pride in her yard and flowers. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and neighbors. June was a devoted mother to her son and daughter and especially enjoyed spending holidays together.

June is preceded in death by her loving husband, Aldis Juris Leikarts, her father Bernice C. Parrish, mother Audrey Gustine Gilliam Parrish, and siblings Bobby Neal Parrish, Chanie Parrish, Juanita Shrum, and Judy Ferrell.

Along with her children, Brian Kevin Leikarts and Dianna Leikarts, June is also survived by her siblings Oletta Keown, Dorothy Lime, and Steve Parrish.

Family and friends will gather to remember her at Hendersonville Funeral Home, located at 353 E. Main Street, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075. Visitation will take place on Friday, March 27, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and on Saturday, March 28, from 12:00pm until the hour of service. The funeral service will begin in the chapel at 1:00pm with Leon Corder officiating.

After the service, June will be laid to rest at Pleasant Grove Cemetery located at 2112 Pleasant Grove Road, Westmoreland, Tennessee 37186. The burial will begin at 2:30pm on March 28.
