Elaine Fox

Elaine Davis Fox went to her final home on January 26, 2022. She was born in Sumner County on February 23, 1943 to parents, Beulah Canter Davis and Edward H. Davis. She graduated from Hendersonville High School. Elaine worked in banking in Sumner County for over 40 years before retiring in 2007. She and husband, Rick, spent their retirement years traveling and attending the Rochester Red Wings baseball games, which they very much enjoyed. They attended Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Gallatin.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Roderick L. (Rick) Fox; a daughter, Jennifer (Jeff) Cooper, granddaughters, Jessica Cole, Jillian (Michael) Winston, great-grandchildren, Gentry Cole and Mae Winston, one stepdaughter, Pam (Chad), one stepson, Timothy, and six step grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Nancy (Charles) Holland and brothers, Eddie Davis, Glenn Davis, and Bill (Christine) Davis.

Elaine has requested that no service be held. Memorial contributions can be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Gallatin, TN, or the Nasvhville Rescue Mission in Nashville, TN.
