Francine Mangrum-Kilgore- age 81 passed away January 18, 2017.
She loved children and was a wonderful caregiver to them. She was also a loving mother and a great friend who was beloved by many.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Mangrum and his friend, Georgina Knefel; daughter, Dawn Mangrum; granddaughter, Isabelle Grace Mangrum and grandson, Blake Mangrum.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
