J. Andrews

J.B. Andrews, age 92, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on January 18, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 10, 1927 to the late Odell and Ollie Andrews. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Mrs. Helen Andrews; and two sisters.

J.B. adored his family and spent as much time with them as he could. His family liked to describe him as the ultimate jokester and handyman. He was always tinkering with things and looking for something he could fix. He enjoyed going to Florida and spending time at the beach. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing; and just being outside. He was truly an amazing father, granddaddy, and friend who will be truly missed.

J.B. is survived by his daughters, Connie (Gary) Hawkins, Vicki Richmond; grandsons, Chase (Ashley) Kowalski, Chad (Lindsay) Kowalski, Troy (Amy) Conyer; six great-grandchildren; and many treasured friends.

A life celebration will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with burial in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 11-2pm prior to the service.
