Jack Pruett Jr.

Wanting never to be late, he was born prematurely on February 27,1956 and passed away at the age of 65 on February 1, 2022. His life was defined by his love of great music, motorcycles, a menagerie of critters and a sharp sense of humor. As a professional bass guitar player, his musical career spanned several decades.

Survived by his beloved, Susan Dalton, his mother Jeanne Pruett, and his sister, Jael Pruett Salter (P.C.). Preceded in death by his father, Jack Houston Pruett, Sr.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-4pm on February 27,2022, his 66th birthday, at Hendersonville Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to W.O. Smith School of Music, Alive Hospice or Safe Place for Animals.
