Age 87, of Hendersonville, TN passed through heaven's gate early on the morning of May 23, 2016.
Jeannine is survived by her loving husband of sixty-two years, Robert O. Avant; children, Debbie Green, Bob Avant, and Marj (Mike) Deason; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her selfless service to her country in the U.S. Air Force.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Avant to the Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3216 Long Hollow Pike, Hendersonville, TN 37075. Please be sure to note Mrs. Avant's name in a memo.
