Joe Craighead

Joe Ward Craighead was born April 7, 1926, in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Fred and flora Craighead.  He passed away at McKendree Manor on October 4, 2022.

Joe is preceded in death by his devoted wife Martha (Draper) Craighead, his loving daughter Connie Elaine Craighead and his sisters Doris Elizabeth Craighead Clarke and Bonnie Craighead.  His is survived by a large number of cousins.

Joe was a member of the Hendersonville Church of Christ and of the Hendersonville Masonic Lodge #359.

He was an example to all of what a Christian should be and lived a life of service to his Lord.

Visitation will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 E. Main St, Hendersonville, TN from 1:00 pm-1:30 pm, on Friday, October 7, 2022.  A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
