John "Brad" Bradley Eubank passed away June 20, 2015 at the age of 31 years.
Brad is survived by his parents, David and Teresa Eubank; sister, Alyssa Jackson; nephews, Jack and Will Jackson; special aunt, Judy Eubank; and a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation for Brad will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Hendersonville Funeral Home 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy, Hendersonville, TN from 4-8 pm and Wednesday, June 24th from 10 am until the service time at 1 pm in the chapel. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. (615) 824-3855
