Joseph Hart

Hart, Joseph Edwin “Joe” age 60, formerly of Memphis, TN passed away Sunday January 23rd, 2022.

Joe grew up and went to school in Los Angelas County until he joined the Marines after High School.  After the Marines he worked for a number of years at one of the nuclear energy plants in Southern California.  He moved to Memphis in the early 80’s, where he became involved in Alcoholics Anonymous. He celebrated 28 years in sobriety and remained involved in helping others until shortly before his death.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Jessica Gene Hart and his parents Jack and Joanne Hart. He leaves behind his wife Margaret, son Sean, step-son Jonathan , and step-daughter Megan along with her husband Brandon and their two children Elijah and Caroline. As well as many friends who he loved and respected.

Please join us celebrating his life Sunday afternoon January 30, 2022. Visitation at 1pm, Service 2pm at Hendersonville Memory Gardens, 353 E Main St. Hendersonville, TN. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to AA World Services or LaVerne Tripp Ministries.
