Judy Morris

Judy Morris, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on August 10, 2023, in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Judy was born on August 26, 1945, in Madison, Indiana. She was the daughter of Fred and Beulah Morris. 

Judy had many interests and hobbies that brought her immense pleasure throughout her life. She had a knack for crochet and sewing and spent countless hours creating beautiful pieces that she shared with loved ones. She enjoyed working outside, especially with flowers. Her generosity knew no bounds as she made it a point to ensure that anyone who visited her went home well-fed. 

In addition to her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Morris.

Family was Judy's greatest joy in life. She is survived by her two children, Gerald McClure and Tammy Henry; her granddaughter, Shelby Henry; grandson, Jared Henry; and her great grandchildren, Alice Grace and Dawson.

The memory of Judy Morris will be forever etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her spirit will live on through the legacy of love and kindness that she leaves behind.

Visitation services for friends and family will take place on Wednesday, August 16th at Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM. Following the service, Judy will be laid to rest in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens during the interment ceremony at 3:00 PM.
