Ms. LaFoye Savot, 84, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. She was born to the late Clarence and Lula Mae Royal on August 1, 1932 in Moultrie, GA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Earline Jones; brother, Wandell Dewey McDonald; her beloved dog, Smokey. Survived by her niece, Kim Jones; nephew, Michael (Barbara) Jones; great niece, Michelana Byrd; great nephew, Shawn (Beth) Jones; great-great niece, Caitlin (Teagen) Jones, MiKayla Cribbs, Cassidy Byrd.
She held a Bachelor's degree and worked as a Registered Nurse. She loved the color purple and enjoyed life to the fullest.
A Life Celebration service will be held in the Stateroom of Hendersonville Funeral Home on Saturday, January 26, 2017 at 11am officiated by, Chaplain Claudia Buchanan and Jesse Cheeks. Visitation will begin at 10am on the day of the service until the hour of service.
