Leah Darlene Laird

Leah Darlene Laird, 69, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024.  Leah was born on September 9, 1954, to Norman and Louise (Holt) Pierce in Nashville, Tennessee.

Leah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.  She had a quiet dignity and a loving spirit.  Her love will be missed.

Leah is preceded in death by her parents Norman and Louise Pierce.  She is survived by her loving husband Hansom Laird; son Christopher “Chris” Laird; grandchildren Pierce Thomas Laird and William David Laird; brothers Sonny (Peggy) Pierce, William Pierce, Billy (Sarah) Pierce, and Tommy (Wanda) Pierce; sisters Ann (Larry) Pruitt, Patsy Brown, and Sue (Dave) Davis; sisters in law Marie (Robert) Wade and Dorothy (Floyd) Duke; brothers in law Harry (Etta) Laird, Laurie (Lilly) Laird, Donnie (Linda) Laird, Charles (Carolyn) Laird, and Frankie Laird.  In addition, she is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
