Linda Janca

Linda J. Janca, age 81, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022.  Linda was born on April 7, 1941, in McEwen, Tennessee to George and Lucille (Shannon) Larkin.

Linda was a devout Christian woman with strong faith.  Her faith guided her throughout her life and allowed her to be an amazing care giver to many family members.  She loved her family and always crocheted an afghan for her new grandchildren.  Her love and presence will be greatly missed.  Linda worked many years as a bookkeeper for Monument Records.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jim Janca; and sister Helen Taylor.  She is survived by her daughter Melanie (Tommy) Ferguson and son Tommy (Janet) Sutton, Jr. along with stepchildren Joyce (Aron) Janca Aji, Michael Janca, and Tom (Janelle) Janca.  Linda is also survived by grandchildren Stephen Ferguson, John Ferguson, Elijah Ferguson, Caleb Ferguson, and Dylan Sutton; step-grandchildren Jill Smith, Jake Smith, Jacob Aji, Michael David Janca, Mary Rose Janca, Joshua Janca, Abigail Janca, and Josiah Janca, along with nephew Darrell Taylor.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, from 12pm-2pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home.  A funeral service will begin at 2pm in the Chapel at the Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
