Martha Fagan

Martha Ellen Fagan, age 64, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away on July 15, 2026. Born on July 24, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, Martha was the daughter of the late Floyd and Ruby Fagan. She was a woman of deep faith who found joy in life's simple pleasures and cherished the time she spent with those she loved.

Martha had a passion for gospel music and loved playing the piano. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, reading, working puzzles, watching westerns and cowboys, and taking cruises whenever she had the opportunity. Going to church was an important part of her life, and she found great encouragement and friendship through the cancer support group she faithfully attended. She also had a love for a good steak, and some of her favorite places to dine were Longhorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse.

For more than five years, Martha courageously battled breast cancer with remarkable strength, determination, and grace. Her resilience and unwavering spirit were an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Fagan.

She is survived by her loving sister, Tammy Jeffers (David); and her cherished nieces and nephews, Patrick, Madison, Andrew (Lexi), and Abigail.

Visitation for Martha will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 from 11 am until 2 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075). The funeral service will begin at 2 pm with Pastor Darin Miller and Pastor Alan Baggett officiating. The burial will follow at the same location with Pastor Darin Miller officiating.

Martha will be remembered for her kind heart, steadfast faith, courageous spirit, and the love she shared with her family and friends. Her memory will be treasured always.
