Mary Lou lives on in the hearts and minds of her 4 children and their spouses, 10 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren Since the day we are first born into this world, our parents become our teachers. Right vs wrong...good vs bad...smart vs foolish; we learn so much which we will utilize throughout our lives. And when it is time, we turn that acquired wisdom over to our children. How else would we learn important life lessons such as if someone else jumped off a bridge it doesn't mean that we have to also? There is no such thing as a perfect parent...not even close. That doesn't mean that they aren't still qualified to be our teachers.
