Mr. Matthew Phillip Smith, age 36, of Gallatin passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 6, 2018. He was born May 23, 1982 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Matthew is survived by his fiance', Cecelia Nunez; Aryana and Lily Nunez; mother, Kathy Rasnick (Frank Haddock); father, Roger Smith; daughter, Mckenzie Smith; 3 sisters; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
