Michael Lowe Riggins-age 40 passed away February 7, 2016.

He is survived by his father, Mike Riggins (Jan); mother, Carolyn Brawner (Stacey); brothers, Charles William Riggins (Tara), Chris Clark (Marcy), and Travis Clark (Eyde); grandmother, Opal Pearl Lowe.
