Mrs. Nancy Kee, age 88, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 23, 1938, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to the late James and Janie Glasgow. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kee was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kee, and siblings, Martha Sanders and Janell Hall.
Nancy loved her family deeply, and they were truly the center of her world. She spent countless days and nights cheering on her children and grandchildren at their sporting events and was always in the stands at Hendersonville High School football games, where her son-in-law, Kris, coached. She cherished the close bond she shared with her siblings, talking with them on the phone every single day.
Nancy loved taking family vacations to the beach and the mountains. One of her most treasured roles was being a “MiMi” and caregiver to her four grandchildren, Colby, Collin, Janie, and James, whom she loved dearly. She also enjoyed watching Gaither Homecoming videos and listening to Gospel Music. Her life was filled with love, family, and countless precious moments that will forever be cherished by those who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Amy Jo (Kris) Bundy and Tony (Pam) Kee; grandchildren Colby Kee, Collin Kee, Janie Lockhart, James Bundy; great grandchildren, Fraizer Kee, Swayze Kee, and Waverly Kee; and brother, Buddy Glasgow.
A celebration of life will be held at 11am, Saturday, October 17th at Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Nancy will be laid to rest beside her husband, Kenneth Kee, at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
