Patricia "Patsy" Louise Frazier, 75, of Old Hickory, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, David Joe Frazier, parents, Ira G. and Dorothy Lee McClendon, siblings, Carol Roberson, Ira McClendon and Thomas McClendon. She is survived by her daughters; Dana Sylak (Randy) and Niki Frazier (Glenn), grandchildren; D.J. Miles and Tyler Miles, great-grandchild, Brewer Miles, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Patsy was born on March 24, 1945 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Ira and Dorothy McClendon. Patsy and her husband David Joe were the owners of Frazier's Flower and Produce until his passing in 2012. Patsy was a longtime member of Cornerstone Church in Madison, TN. She enjoyed dancing with her friends at Long Hollow Jamboree and spending time with her family.

A celebration of life service for Patsy will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 East Main Street in Hendersonville on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will follow the service in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.

The funeral home requests that those attending the visitation and/or the service to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
