Rose Marie Farrer

Rose Marie Farrer, age 82, passed away on January 11, 2026, at her home in Gallatin, Tennessee. She was born on March 12, 1943, in Chicago Heights, Illinois. She attended Bloom Township High School. Rose was a member of United Church in Gallatin.

Rose had a kind and generous spirit that always put her family first. She had a caring heart for all animals but, especially kittens. If she wasn’t working on a word search, or spending time with her friends and family, you would most likely find Rose cheering on her favorite team, the Tennessee Volunteers! Memories like these will be cherished by her family and all those that had the privilege of knowing her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Fern Fogerty, granddaughter Amber Needel, great-granddaughter Shayla Needel, and great-grandson Javier Bender.

Rose is survived by her sister, Patricia Stein; children Robert, Deborah, Priscilla, David, and John; grandchildren Jason, Amber, Raymond, Erica, Ryan, Brianna, and Stacy; great-grandchildren Zachery, Kalley, Leah, Caitlyn, Skylar, Riley, Ronin, Maddox, Adriana, Chasity, Patience, Amiyah, Nicole, Marciana, Tyreece, Javier, Selena, Jason Jr., Ty, JT, JC, Reece, Lailah, Shayla, and Vanessa; great-great grandchildren KJ and Kehlani; nephews Rick Stein and David Stein; and in-laws Mike Needel, Kyle Guillermo, and William Bender.
