Samuel F. Stafford, Jr.

Sam Frank Stafford, Jr. left this physical life on Sunday, May 26, 2024. He was 93 years old.

A lifelong resident of Hendersonville, TN, Sam was born March 31,1931.

Sam was a long time, faithful, and much loved member of the Lakeview church of Christ. His favorite hobby was antiques. He enjoyed collecting, especially sugar chests and ruby glass. He derived much of his joy from driving around the countryside, talking to other collectors, and “dickering” over prices.

Sam was a member of Beech Lodge #240 F&AM and the Scottish Rite.

A proud and patriotic American, Sam served in the United States Army during the Korean War, from February 1951 until February 1953.

Sam was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ruth, and sons Jimmy dean youngblood and Ronnie Youngblood. He is survived by grandson Jim Youngblood, niece Angie Balch and nephews Michael and Tracy Wade, and many loving friends.
