King, Sidney Lynn, age 92. Passed away on March 1, 2014. He was a former member of First Baptist Church Goodlettsville, and a current long time member of Bluegrass Baptist Church in Hendersonville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Floy King, wife, Dorothy King, daughter, Jeanne King, brother, Ralph King.
He is survived by her loving children, Lynda (Dr. Michael) Ryan, Sherri (Donald) Sharp, Michael L. (Kim) King; 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren; niece, Cathy (Jim) Wood; nephews, Joe and David King.
Honorary Pallbearers will be past and present Deacons of Bluegrass Baptist. Special thanks to his caregivers, Julia Freeman and Celeste Baldwin.
A life celebration ceremony will be conducted on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 12 noon at Bluegrass Baptist Church, with Pastor Bill Overstreet officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 4-7PM at Hendersonville Funeral Home, and on Wednesday 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
