Stella Gardner

Stella Beatrice Gardner, age 76, of Hendersonville passed away on May 8, 2026. Stella was born on April 20, 1950 to the late Arthur and Therese Paradis in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Stella had a love for crafting and creating beautiful handmade cards, often spending cherished time with a group of ladies at a local church making them together. She was especially talented at sewing and enjoyed making purses by hand, sharing her creativity and thoughtfulness with those around her. Stella also dearly loved her little dogs, Pennie, Chewy, and Cinnamon, who brought her much joy and companionship. She will be remembered for her warm heart, creative spirit, and beautiful smile that could light up any room.

In addition to her parents, Stella is preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Paradis.

Stella is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bob Gardner; her children, Sophia Sirakis (Dan), Amy Beck (Chris), Robert Gardner II, Michael Gardner (Courtney), Lara Zelski (David), Thomas Gardner, Carrie Poor (Seth), and Julie Gardner; grandchildren, Amber, Brooklyn, Nick, Ashley, Tristan, Justin, Kelsey, Brandon, Victoria, Ava, Marcus, Kiera, Sydney, Olivia, Conor, Owen, Scarlett, Micah, Bella Grace, Fox, and Savannah; and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, TN 37075). The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm at the same location with interment to follow in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
