Thelma Brymer

Hendersonville - Thelma Allene Bumbalough Brymer, 83, passed away on January 22, 2022.

She is survived by her children, Karen Brymer Meek and Richard Brymer of Hendersonville; granddaughter Kacy Meek (Terry Metych-Bell) of Palatka, FL; great-grandson Colton; sisters Melva Williams, Velma Morris, and Mattie Joann Jerome; and many beloved nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her husband Noble Brymer, her sister Faye Strahle and parents, Mattie and Sam Bumbalough.

She married her husband, Noble, on 12/24/2054. They were very active in their Nashville community, the Democratic Party in the late 60’s and 70’s and hosted lavish and fun events for family and friends.  She was generous and loving to all that were privileged to know her.  She will be greatly missed.

If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or your charity of choice.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
