Wanda Lee Niehaus Stultz, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home in Gallatin, Tennessee, on March 28, 2026.
She was born on September 16, 1943, in Frisco, Missouri, to the late Herman Louis Niehaus and Emma Mae Fritts Niehaus. Wanda grew up surrounded by family and carried those deep-rooted values of love, strength, faith and devotion throughout her life.
On April 24, 1964, Wanda married the love of her life, Vader Thomas Stultz. Together, they built a life grounded in commitment, resilience, and care for one another that spanned decades.
Wanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Dawn Denise Stultz Kingsley, and her husband, John William Kingsley Jr. She was a proud and loving Gigi to her three grandsons, John, William Kingsley, III (Tessa) , John Thomas Harper Kingsley and William Kendrick Lee Kingsley, who all brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her only sister, Martha Steimle of Wappella, Missouri, along with many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives she touched in countless ways.
Wanda will be remembered for her love of sports, most especially the St. Louis Cardinals, her quiet strength, her unwavering love for her family, and the warmth she shared with those around her. Her presence was a steady source of comfort and kindness, and her legacy will live on through the family she loved so deeply.
Service Information
A time of visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at GodWhy Church in Hendersonville, TN
Visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 7, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 AM.
Burial will take place at 2:00 PM at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Pegram, TN.
A dinner for family and friends following the burial. The dinner will be held at 4:00 PM at GodWhy Church.
