Nashville

Warner Dale Rogers Jr., known to many simply as Dale, passed away peacefully at home on March 15, 2026. He was born on May 2, 1935, in Shreveport, Louisiana, and spent his life surrounded by family, faith, and his favorite pastimes.

Dale was a proud graduate of Fair Park High School. He continued his education by earning a bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech College.

He was a devoted member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church in Nashville, Tennessee. His faith was an important part of his life and gave him comfort.

Family memories of Dale are filled with joyful gatherings. The family always celebrated Christmas with big celebrations that brought everyone together. They especially looked forward to trips to Panama City, where they made many happy memories. Dale had a special love for fishing, often going on trips to Louisiana to enjoy the peace and challenge of the sport.

Dale enjoyed simple pleasures. Saturday nights were made better with a good steak, some bourbon, and a fine cigar. He loved playing golf and spending quiet moments reading. He also loved traveling the world with Ann.

Dale is survived by his wife, Ann Corbin, sons Chris Rogers and Rebel Rogers, and his daughters Robin Rogers-Gustlin and Holly Rogers-Montgomery. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren to cherish their memories with him.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
