Wilma “Dena” Bruce, age 88, of Hendersonville passed away on December 20, 2024. Dena was born to the late Frank and Wilma Campbell in Nashville, Tennessee on August 10, 1936.
Dena was a member of Luna Lane Church of Christ.
Dena loved animals, especially her cat, Buddy. She was also an avid sports fan.
Dena is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Bruce; sister, Carolyn Custred; step daughter, Jamie Bowman (Mike); grandchildren, Lindsay Baldwin (Matthew) and Jacie Seering (Erik); and great grandchildren, Ryland and Bowie.
Visitation for Dena will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main Street, Hendersonville, TN 37075). The funeral service for Dena will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the same location with burial to follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society in Dena’s honor.
